Modern Trendy Downtown

  • Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located townhouse. This fully furnished home includes private garage parking, central air (Nest), smart TVs (65"&55"), wifi, and a private patio.

    Minutes away from all attractions, including Allen & Chippewa (night life), Key Bank Center (Sabres), Casino, Canalside, Sahlen Field, Shea's Theatre, Helium Comedy Club, Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus, and Larkinville. Short drive to Niagara Falls and Highmark Field (Bills).

    This three bedroom home includes a king bed, two queen beds, and two sofa beds. Fully appointed kitchen (pot/pans, coffee machine, toaster, etc). Free washer and dryer in unit. All linens included.
    Quiet times between 9pm and 7am everyday. No parties or unregistered guests.

    No smoking of any kind, including vaping, in or on the property, including the back patio and garage. If there is a strong odor of smoke or marijuana at the property, there will be an automatic charge of $250. That is the cost to have an extra cleaning crew come in and o-zone the smoke smell out for the next guest.

    No pets.

August in Buffalo

We were in buffalo for a swim meet, this place was very clean, well updated and quiet. It was just 3 blocks from the pool and close all amenities of downtown. Thank you!

Close but quiet

Our stay was fantastic. The property was close to everything but still quiet. We could easily get everywhere we wanted to go within minutes. The property was clean and well stocked for our stay. Instructions were clear and easy and everything worked as it should. Justin was great with his communication and we had no issues.

Quick Trip

Went to Buffalo for a golf tournament and chose Justin's place. It what immaculately clean and seemed newly renovated. Unfortunately it was very hot that day and there was a hiccup with the a/c. The Justin and Mike called and did their best to help. We were unable to stay but they were incredible and were prompt in issuing a refund.
