You will have a nice living area with two sofas, a fluffy rug, and a 70" smart tv. The main level has a full kitchen with all the cooking pots and pans and a dining area. There is a full bath and bedroom on the main level. The upper level has a dedicated work table, one queen bed, and a master bed with a queen bed and bath.

There are three bedrooms one on the main level, one bedroom, and the master is on the upper level. Each bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, and side tables, and a smart tv.
There is a work table with a chair at the upper level. There is a big fence private back yard with an outdoor paved and grassy area along with sitting arrangments.
Please note although guest capacity is higher please double-check the number of beds provided. in total it has 3 queen beds, one twin bed with twin size trundle, one queen size sofa bed and full size sofa. You may need to bring your own bedding if you need more beds than we provided.
The whole house is set up for guests' use.
Almost all kinds of stores/places are within a few min drive. Pharmacies and grocery stores are within walking distance. You can watch Buffalo stream two blocks away and Harlem Road Park within two miles.

We provide shovels to assist with snow removal but do not offer snow shoveling services. Guests are responsible for making their arrangements for snow clearing.
