This historically well-maintained 1 Bed/1 Bath features a large living room, fireplace, Roku flat screen TV and fast internet. This flat is just a short walk to everything fun in Buffalo. Shops, restaurants, galleries, walking trails, parks and pools, YMCA, pickle ball courts, biking trails, library, etc. Right out your front door you can be walking on the Creek Side Trail system that leads straight into the Bighorns. This highly desirable flat is furnished with everything the traveling professional could need! Each room comes with a desk and storage closet. The Mini Place is truly maintenance-free living with lots of natural light. Linens, towels and sheets included.

    This is a historic property and we have steep stairs up to the flat. This flat sleeps up to 6 people. Unlike some places, we have bedrooms with complete privacy. A sofa bed is also available to accommodate an extra guest and can sleep a person who is max 5' 10" tall. Extra guests are an extra $35 per night up to 7 total people. PLEASE NOTIFY US IF YOU HAVE AN EXTRA PERSON AND WE WILL SEND YOU AN OFFER.

    No Pets and No Smoking of any kind (cigarettes, weed, vape pens).

    References required, last month's rent, and security/cleaning deposit.
