「Een prachtig resort. Het was netjes en schoon. Appartement was ruim en had heerlijke bedden. Ruim terras buiten. Prachtig zwembad en goed restaurant waar je heerlijk eet. Wifi was goed. In mei nog heerlijk rustig. Vriendelijk personeel! Wij komen terug!」

「El spa excelente y la oferta familiar (niños gratis) muy bien. El único fallo, la recepcionista de la tarde que nos dijo que podíamos desayunar en el bufé o en la cafetería. Naturalmente, el bufé es excesivo (18 por persona), con lo cual decidimos escoger la cafetería. A la mañana siguiente nos dicen que la cafetería solo abre a partir de las 10 y media de la mañana. O sea, que o bufé, o nada. Ese tipo de informaciones incorrectas perjudican a las familias con niños que quieren organizarse.」

「Wonderful property with nice swimming pools and activities for the kids. The camping would be excellent if the service level would be in line with the quality of the resort. Service in restaurants is really poor. They are understaffed and most of employees (except Hector!) are inexperienced and not really motivated. Although I reckon it has a cost, the impact on the overall customer experience is huge so I would definitely invest just a bit more in service level. It is really unprofessional to...

「We had a heck of a time trying to get to L’argentera (no car!) but once we got there the town and especially L’Espai Abadia were wonderful. A great place to relax for a few days. A charming old house with a nice kitchen, a lovely patio and really welcoming staff. Had a splendid time :)」

「Loved this hotel. Christine was so helpful at checkin and throughout our four day stay. Room had a large sitting area where we enjoyed our evenings sipping wine and looking out at the mountains. Large outdoor patio as well. Breakfast was plentiful with both fruit and yogurt as well as eggs and Iberian ham. Several restaurants close by. In the heart of the Priorat. 」

「Christian, the general managers' attention to detail and to customer service is of the highest level. His communication skills are outstanding, he made us welcome and looked after all our needs. His staff were equally excellent. The hotel is quite astonishing; we did not expect to find something so exquisitely designed in the heart of Priorat in a tiny mountain village. Wine and food, attention to detail, and chic comfort is the style of choice here. An unreserved recommendation.」
