「Loved the location and the owner, who was very helpful. This has a code-automated entry with no staff on site. If you want to leave luggage before check in time be sure to contact the owner in advance.」

「Dirty marks on walls and around doors that I repeatedly complained about 3 days in a row but nothing has been done and no apology. So called fresh towels had bugs on them, took out the room to replace with staff, again no apology. Food quality and service needs improvement. On a positive note the view from the room was stunning.」

I reported the incident to the hotel staff but no action was taken. I even emailed the hotel manager but I have never received any reply. Only one available wall socket for charging phone etc. Infront of the window was an air conditioning unit which buzzed and hummed throughout the day and evening.
