“The staffs at the front desk were professional and kind who gave me a good impression. Although the equipment was old in my room, I could find various house tools. There was no WIFI signal in the room. If you need the internet, go to the lobby. The location is nice. PortAventura and the beach are within the 10-minute walk distance. In general, it's a budget choice for 3-5 people.”

“Séjour en famille avec deux enfants de 3 et 7ans. Excellent séjour pour nous tous, tout est pensé pour les familles. Piscine, repas (qualité correcte pour un buffet à volonté), animations et club enfant. Personnel agréable, toujours un mot gentil et très serviable. Seul point négatif, le ménage de la chambre, seules les serviettes sont changées, le sol n’est pas fait, sur une semaine avec le pollen en cette saison ce n’est pas idéal. Snack très agréable dans l’après-midi autour de la piscine……

“For the price we paid, it is fair for limited services. The bath tub was good, however, after one bath, there was not enough hot water for others to shower...and the air conditioner was quite noisy at night.”

We paid half board and have no complaints with the food service, lots of options and different cultural food on the menu. Staff were also amazing and very efficient whilst dining. The rooms were cleaned everyday and again Staff were very pleasant and ensured the service was excellent. We changed hotel last minute from H10 to Hotel Belvedere and we are glad we did.
