There was no WIFI signal in the room. If you need the internet, go to the lobby. The location is nice. PortAventura and the beach are within the 10-minute walk distance. 「Great theming in the resort, great to get park tickets included in our stay, but the resort was under staffed and staff often came across as rude and unhelpful, checkin was over 40 minute wait, poor ac throughout the complex, especially in the rooms - we did pick this up on resort and were told maintenance would be sent, they never arrived. Minimal info provided at checkin, €2 per towel for hire plus €15 euro deposit which we had to collect from reception, again over 10 minutes wait for this. We...

「We have stayed twice now as we love this hotel. It’s clean, friendly, rooms are air conditioned. The food in the hotel has a wide range, we are vegan and managed to find a variety - more so than last year too. (After about 5 days of half board we were ready for a break from it). Ignore the bad reviews, you’ll have a lovely time here.」
