"Nothing going on at the hotel, restaurants weren’t open, no entertainment! 2 lovely pool areas with not enough umbrellas and one without access to a bar. The hotel itself is nice, staff are friendly and it’s convenient for both the parks and Salou centre. "
"New hotel, so needs some improvement. Elevator not working properly at times. Garage door did not open when leaving the parking. Breakfast was good.
Air conditioner in the room did not work. One night had to sleep without aircon at 28C.

"Great apartment for a family stay. Had everything we needed and was comfy, with good AC. Kids loved the pool and playpark. 10 min walk to beach and 10 mins to a Mercadona (big supermarket, to avoid the pricier small shops). Very happy to recommend. "
"Overall a very good hotel with great staff! We travelled as part of a family trip. There were 10 of us in total. The youngest being 15 months old, the hotel met our pre arrival requests. Meal times the staff were fantastic in making sure as a group we were comfortable. Lara and Mariana in particular were fantastic! One evening after a day out at Portaventura and Ferrari Land. "The place was lovely , located right in the central location , brilliant connections buses in front of the hotel,
beach walk 3 minutes, shops around! Hotel was very clean and housekeeping services were brilliant, room was spotless everyday, Hotel had many slides and my kids loved it! The obnly thing was missing is kettle and coffee in rooms:)"

Disregard the majority of the negative reviews, they put bad reviews usually of 1 bad incident.
Friendly, welcoming arrival, fast efficient reception staff. Everywhere clean and constantly being cleaned. Smiley friendly staff all round.
Good facilities for everyone, especially for families. Fantastic waterpark included free. We stayed for half board for one week and the food was very varied. Many theme nights such as Ethnic, Gala, seafood, Mexican etc. Good quality and choice for meat or fish eaters, some varieties for vegetarians and intolerances too. The downstairs Braseria served the best grilled meats and fish in a relaxed and comfortable environment.
We had a daily maid service with beds made and fresh towels and general cleaning.

The negatives were that the wifi was not good ( but when is it ever in hotels.?) The indoor pool never looked clean as was used by mostly young children, would've been nice for adults only.
