"This is a very family centred hotel, lots of kids & pools/slides etc for them. Rooms clean & two double beds so good for a family. I was not keen on the restaurant. It was very busy, quite noisy, food not amazing, but did cater for gluten free with bread, cakes biscuits & separate toaster so good for coeliacs. "House on a cliff exceeded our expectations. Jose was very attentive and easy to ge a hold of. Check-in instructions were clear and easy to use. The area is very nice, close to everything with a basically private beach and walking trails right out the back door. The views were amazing. We would definitely return! "

Friendly, welcoming arrival, fast efficient reception staff. Everywhere clean and constantly being cleaned. Smiley friendly staff all round.
Good facilities for everyone, especially for families. Fantastic waterpark included free. We stayed for half board for one week and the food was very varied. Many theme nights such as Ethnic, Gala, seafood, Mexican etc. Good quality and choice for meat or fish eaters, some varieties for vegetarians and intolerances too. The downstairs Braseria served the best grilled meats and fish in a relaxed and comfortable environment.
We had a daily maid service with beds made and fresh towels and general cleaning.

The negatives were that the wifi was not good ( but when is it ever in hotels.?) The indoor pool never looked clean as was used by mostly young children, would've been nice for adults only.
