「I had a wonderful week at Sangat Island Dive Resort. Really I cannot overstate how special the place is. 「Had a serious issue when I checked in however the staff worked hard to fix the problem I the end the out come was satisfactory for me and good work from the reception staff to salvage the situation I will stay here again 」

「The room is nice, spacious. Some staff are nice but the other staff is terrible, we had one unintentional incident but one of their staff have a bad attitude and tried to attack one of my sibling which is not acceptable at all. They didn’t handled the situation very well. And plus, it’s a lot of hidden charges about the food and services which is they didn’t informed us from the beginning. We definitely not coming back on this resort hotel.This is our first and last time we stayed on this hotel....

「The hotel overbooked and tried to move us to another place across the street. We were already at the lobby, but they still wanted to give our room to other guests who hadn’t arrived yet. We had confirmed all the booking details through email before the trip, including the room type. In the end, the four-person room we booked was changed to two double rooms. The staff at the front desk was emotional and said this was the best they could do. Very unprofessional and disappointing. I don’t recommend...

「Discovery Island Resort was incredible. The property was so chilled and tranquil. The room, pool, restaurant and the grounds were lovely and spotlessly maintained. But most of all the management and staff were wonderful. Toni and her team were always courteous and efficient...and made us feel welcome the whole time. Can't wait to stay there again. 「I wish I could give this hotel a 3.5 star review overall, but my only options are 3 stars or 4 stars. It's not good enough for 4 stars, not quite bad enough for 3 stars. The PROS: +Incredibly good breakfast buffet, it was included with our room and had the best food of any hotel breakfast we experienced in the Philippines. This honestly carried the entire hotel. +Good access to 3 unique restaurants. Good food options to choose from all within walking distance: Filipino comfort food, pizza, and...
