「Η κυρία Έλενα στη ρεσεψιόν με άπταιστα ελληνικά έτοιμη να λύσει κάθε πρόβλημα και να βοηθήσει τους πελάτες . Το ξενοδοχείο το ξενοδοχείο είναι πολύ καλό, καθαρό ,και το βαρύ πυροβολικό του είναι ο χορός του spa με τις πολλές πισίνας. 」

「Petit studio normal, les rideaux ne remplissent pas la totalité de la fenêtre, très calme et très loin du centre de Sunny Beach/plage faut compter 35 minutes de marche et impossible de prendre la voiture car c’est impossible de se garer dans le centre les parkings du centre coûte 4€/h donc la voiture etait garé tout le séjour devant le studio parking gratuit. Très familial pas vraiment conçu pour une personne seule qui aime faire la fête et être proche du centre ville et de la mer.」

「The Hotel Tanne is a remarkable escape. The room was gorgeous, with beautiful views, and positioned within a breathtaking courtyard. The food was authentic and delicious. But the most striking aspect is the staff. Our first visit to Bansko, with very rudimentary Bulgarian language skills, the staff nevertheless met our every question and need with a smile and a helpful answer. This place deserves more stars than I am allowed to give.」

「The apartment was very disappointing. Main light didn’t work Toaster kept tripping electrics Sofa bed not fit for purpose. Table on balcony cheap and kept falling over Had to put a chair in front of the fridge in order to keep it closed Apartment certainly wasn’t cleaned correctly before we arrived. I had to re clean it and also found dead insects behind sofa bed and allot of dust under all other beds Other people we knew were staying in same complex but there apartments were lovely, clean...
