“Beautiful little boutique hotel just steps away from Main Street in Ortisei one of the most beautiful towns in the world. Hotel was elegant yet comfortable, staff super friendly and helpful. Bartender Nicola was always there on arrival in the afternoons with a smile and a fresh Hugu Spritz, which we took to the awesome pool. Restaurant serves great breakfast with fresh baked goods as well as lunch or dinner available if you stay in and the food and wine selection is excellent. ”

“The owner and staff were wonderful. The layout of the complex gave it a feeling of being home. It is designed to make you feel like you are at home. The bar/lounge area was super inviting, felt like family in the lounge, and everyone was happy. The rooms were very nice; again, they made us feel like we were at home. The closets were marvelous. The spa service fees during the fall were so reasonable that I booked several appointments. Love it when I don't feel like I'm giving up a kidney……

“I highly recommend this hotel! It was by far the best hotel I stayed at during my trip to Italy. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful; they even helped me find my lost wallet. The property is perfectly located right at the starting point of the Gardena Pass. The mountain view from the jacuzzi was breathtaking. I definitely recommend using the spa to relax and take in that amazing view.”

“1. Overall condition, facilities and service were excellent. 2. Some items have rooms for improvement as follows: - wellness facilities are only from 16:00 to 20:00 which are too short and have no flexibility. - the wellness facilities, except for outdoor spa, should not have swimming suit. It is extremely embarrassing to have sauna with naked men. We saw many naked men walked everywhere in wellness centre that were terrible and embarrassing!! All we can do was to wait until all men gone then……
