Great house!!! Had everything we needed. Good location and lots of room for five gals on a girls trip! Beds were comfortable. Great kitchen and outdoor area. Loved the barbecue and fire pit. The outdoor area was amazing.

We loved the location and backyard with pool and BBQ but the third bedroom had bunkbeds and no closet but the listing didnt say that. The kitchen needs some spatulas other than the metal BBQ utensils and also there was no coffee grinder like the listing says and i brought whole beans the master has no access to the closet and no dresser. Also the living room only has one small couch for 3 people, not what the picture shows. The TV roku remote for the living room and master bedroom doesn't work.

Pictures Do Not Match Property

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! The house is perfectly located to everything we were doing. We loved how quickly we were able to get to the lake, the river and the casinos. The house is stocked with plenty of dishes, silverware, utensils, crockpot etc. You name it, the house had it making it really easy to cook for 8 of us. The house is also stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dishwasher and washer machine pods, paper towels and toilet paper. The pool was LOVELY and spending time in the backyard having a bbq, listening to the waterfall or enjoying a morning cup of coffee was relaxing and enjoyable for everyone in our group. The only disappointment was not having enough seating for meals and hanging out in the living room. The pictures online show 4 barstools at the counter. However, there were only 2 barstools at the counter so inside we were only able to seat 6 people instead of 8. Also the pictures online show that there are 2 couches and a chair in the living room which would be plenty of room to seat 8. However, the living room only has one couch that seated 3 people. Keep in mind the house is listed to sleep/accommodate 10 people. Sadly we noticed lots of pictures have either fallen off the walls or been removed and nothing has been added in the empty spots, but the nails and the command hooks are still attached. Please update the pictures online to reflect what the property truly looks like, and change how many people the house can actually accommodate.

Wonderful relaxing home

We enjoyed our stay. Would love to return. Was a bit too cool out to use pool but, It was very clean. Was well supplied for a comfortable stay. Were very accommodating and easy to communicate with.

Nice property but could be amazing with more instructions and a bit of TLC

Lovely, quiet location, close to restaurants, shopping and not far from the casinos. The house was cute, had plenty of kitchen prep space and a nice layout for the four of us. The backyard had a pergola and dining table near the grilling island, for outdoor meals, which we used much of the time. Nice garage parking-ideal to protect our vehicle from the Arizona heat. My suggestions (and I have rental properties myself) is to advertise only those amenities that are functioning. Though the listing mentions a waterfall and fire pit, neither were operating during our stay. I can understand that these may be turned off when the rental is vacant, but then operating instructions should be available to the arriving guests. There were none regarding these amenities and very few instructions overall. Trial and error on operating the TV remotes and ceiling fans. The house also needed some minor repairs-unstable furniture, missing outlet cover, a towel rack that wasn't attached to the wall, loose handles on the garage door and freezer, and an odd non-functioning wall fountain with the cord dangling. One room had full sized bunks but the top bunk was too close to the ceiling fan to be used safely at the same time. There were only four of us, so yes, we could overlook the needed repairs but coupled with the lack of mentioned amenities/instructions it made for a four star stay.

Great stay

The VRBO was wonderful! The house was clean and everything was in good condition and good working order. It worked perfectly for our small family + grandpa for our weekend trip. The kids loved the pool and the adults enjoyed the pergola and outdoor table with the water feature. The location was convenient to our time in Bullhead City and Mohave Valley. The neighborhood was safe and quiet and easy for walking.

Comfortable Stay

Comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood, perfect to get a small family united for a get together. My experience was slightly inconvenienced because the house was listed as a 4 bedroom when it’s actually a 3 bedroom. My feedback to this property owner is to do a little TLC on the house. The fridge isn’t cooling great and there are some things on the house that need some attention. Would be happy to provide additional private feedback to reach a 4 or 5 star rating.

Great getaway

We loved the house. It had everything we needed and more. The kids loved having the pool and enjoyed the house. I loved the kitchen it was easy to cook in and easy to find everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again if available.

Pool house in Bullhead

House was clean, well supplied with towels, kitchen supplies, shampoo/conditioner, and bath soap. Homeowner responded in a timely manner to my messages. Everything in house and backyard, including the pool was well maintained. We would definitely stay in this house again.

Great family stay!

Arriving at the property was easy and exciting to enter. The house was clean and inviting. Everything was functional and had no issues during our stay. The kids loved the pool and my husband loved the grill. The kitchen was large to cook and store food for 2 small families. We booked for 4 adults, 3 small children, and 2 teens. It was great and a short drive from the river and casinos. Would book again!
