Perfect: location, price, staff, proximity to restraints, shopping, sightseeing. Yes, this is an older motel without bees & whistles…BUT the room was clean, there were plenty of towels & washcloths, plenty of soap & shampoo. The bed was extremely comfortable, there were plenty of comfortable pillows, the bedding was clean, & the beds were neatly made. We did not use the heating or air, but were told at checkin how to operate the system. There was plenty of lighting in the room. WIFI information was provided at check-in & worked perfectly. The desk clerk was exceptionally friendly!! He offered coffee when I was checking out & when I told him we were heading to breakfast he recommended a great place that was nearby. The Ramblin Rose had EVERYTHING I needed to be well rested t& ready to continue on my road trip the following morning. If I’m in the area again I will definitely stay again.

The whole stay was great! Andrew the manager was very professional and kind. I observed him making rounds during breakfast to inquire about the patrons’ stay. He even helped an elderly couple with their plates.

Property sits on Rt 66, between both the County Sheriff & City Police Stations. *Water pressure very low in sinks, showers & toilets. Take very long time for hot water to come through pipes. Property is over 40 years old, but still popular on Expedia, etc etc

This an old motel in the older part of Kingman, right across the street from a very busy set of railroad tracks. If you're a light sleeper who needs quiet, this is not the place for you. Throughout the night, long trains clanged and rumbled by at a rate of about ten to twelve per hour. I generally sleep like a log, but this was a bit too much. Beyond that, the place was clean, the bed was comfy, the guy at the desk was polite and friendly. So if you have a good set of earplugs, ....

I needed a convenient place to stay after a plan fell through, and this was just the ticket. A very nostalgic feeling hotel that waves its colors from the heyday of Route 66. The staff was very friendly and helpful, check-in was smooth. The room was very clean and well stocked, the older building design was evident, but actually really added to the quality of the stay. It helped me appreciate the history of the area. Plenty of good restaurants around if you’re looking for a bite to eat while you stay as well.

The office staff was very friendly and informative. The room was basic but clean and comfortable. Free parking was plentiful, and it was an easy walk to the old downtown area with great restaurants and shops. There were also some cool spots nearby to grab a beer or cocktails. I would definitely stay here again.

Check-in good. Parking is good. Room was clean. No bugs. Fridge & Microwave worked. A/C & HEAT worked. Toilet, sink & shower worked. Water pressure in bathroom is very slow & weak. ( sink & shower ) Entry door needs better seal. Bathroom window as well. Cold air gets in the room. Staff good with getting you more towels, etc.
