Beautiful Riverview Condo with Boat Launch

Enjoy a family vacation in this spacious 2 bed, 2 bath condo. On the 3rd floor you will enjoy the beautiful view of the Colorado River from the Master bedroom, living room and kitchen. Two car garage. No elevator. Walking distance to the swimming pool, Jacuzzi and recreation room. Enjoy fishing on the river, right off the dock. Condo facilities has a private boat launch and 20 private docks. Casinos are just a few minutes drive away. Close to stores, restaurants and bars.

Pictures don't do this place justice.

The property is VERY clean. Very roomy. The place is 10 minutes from the casinos, and near anything you need. You are right on the river. Beautiful pool. It has a Seadoo launch. My interactions with the owner were great. I plan on staying there in the future.

This condo was perfect for me and my family. Close enough to be a few minutes from the beach areas, but still out of the way. It has a beautiful river view, quiet and has a garage so your car is safe. The pool and jacuzzi was kept clean and its in a gated community. Its right along the river and has a boat launch if u bring a boat or jetskis. Over all, I ave no complaints and im already planning my next trip. Thank you Aaron.

This time the master bed was slept in, there was a baby blanket also left in master bed. Towels left used on the floor, and no trash bags for when we’re supposed to take out trash. I don’t ask for a 5 star place but i do expect it to be clean. What it the housekeeper getting paid for?

Updates needed

The unit is in a great location. The view of the river is spectacular. Only thing I would recommend is a few improvements such as stove and oven need updated. New towels and bedding would be a great asset as well. Kitchen could be more stocked with such items as a can opener. Aaron was quick to answer any questions and concerns we had.

Amazing Weekend!!

The house exceeded our expectations with how clean and beautiful it was! There was so much detail to the comfort of the guests. The view of the river was beautiful! It was so easy to check in and it was a quick drive to the casinos and river. Overall the house was beautiful and made our family getaway amazing!

We enjoyed our stay in Bullhead City. The pool, jacuzzi and the rec room all added to our enjoyment of our holiday. We were off golfing on most days, but enjoyed the amenities when we took a day off.

Riverfront condo....

Our stay was nice but if you're looking for a place to have a launch and slip like we were, it's not ideal. We never used that area because the ramp is steep and thank goodness we didn't slip the boat because you wake in the morning and the water is gone until about 3:00 pm. It looks beautiful when the water is up! My husband would have had a fit if our new boat was sitting in the mud. The condo is very clean but really basic. Bring all you need which we always do. The dishwasher didn't work and had water sitting in the bottom but I hand wash anyway. We had to call Aaron about the wifi going out. He was quick to help us as my son needed wifi for a class for 3 days. The cable company came out the next day and got it fixed but it still went out another time and back on. Luckily my son could go over to my parents condo and do his class one day. 3 chairs at the table as someone else already said but we made it work. The air works amazing which was a big plus for the heat. Our master bed was really comfortable. We were lucky each day to find parking for our boat and trailer right near the condo but parking is tight. The angle to the garage though is not really workable for a boat and trailer. Our visit Sunday through Thursday was quiet which was nice. All and all a good stay just not what we're looking for for boating. We had to launch every afternoon at the community park $25.00 a day. The water levels in this area are not up til 3 pm which took half our days. If you're not here to boat it's probably perfect. We felt safe in the gated community. And yes the 3rd floor with totes and ice chests is not ideal. Aaron got back to us fairly quick when we had a couple questions. Not trying to pick apart just informing others. Thank you.

Nice Condo for the price

This Condo is in a great location close to lots of stores, and restaurants, Starbucks and Lowe’s right across the street and Safeway 2 minutes away. Casinos are right across the river. Close to Katherine’s Landing /Lake Mohave. Condo had beautiful view from the kitchen and liked having a two car garage to keep cars out of the sun. However the Condo is very minimally stocked. We have stayed in many VRBOs that are so nicely stocked and make your stay very convenient. This condo had the very basics. No kitchen towels, no floor towels for when you come out of the shower, no wash cloths, like one hand towel. No extra blankets or sheets. The kitchen also had very basic amenities pot, pan, plates cups and some utensils. No foil, Saran Wrap or zip locks, sugar, salt pepper, potato peeler and various other items I would have found helpful so take everything you could possibly need. If you plan to do any food prep. No toaster oven just a very old flimsy toaster. . So it does have the basics just no frills or extras. It has a dish washer but does not work. Kitchen table only had three chairs and it was missing three chairs so couldn’t all sit together for dinner which was weird. The internet barely worked during our stay. Aaron offered to have us get on the phone with him and the cable company to repair but we didn’t have time for that since we were always rushing to get to the lake and usually got back too late to mess with. The air conditioning worked well and he had ceiling fans that also helped stay cool which is important with temp 119. Overall decent condo for the price especially considering seemed like not much inventory available this year and everything seemed to be overpriced.

Very nice

Great views. Would be helpful if knew it was 3rd floor. Very difficult to climb 3 floors. Had to have cleaned twice, and still not complete... Dust and old objects in dryer area. Pantry nit cleaned thoroughly. Dishwasher not working. Could have more supplies, like a mixer, storage containers, hair dryer, iron. More towels and wash cloths, rugs for kitchen and baths. White tile was beautiful. The entry platform is very dangerous, I fell twice. Aaron was kind enough to let us stay one more day and provided key to mailbix when not available.. Most bothersome was the pool noise... People partying, loud, kids screaming. We made the best of it and adjusted by buying the items we needed. Was hit as peaceful as it could have been but we did enjoy by adjusting to the house level. Bedroom furniture beautiful buy no reading lamps. Being near the river and access to the beach was a plus. Hopefully our suggestions will make it more appealing and we nay return. Thank you
