This home is brand new in Bullhead City, AZ 86442... Come Relax, moments away from Laughlin and the Colorado River. Lake Mohave just up the road in this peaceful place to stay. 2 days min. 6 Months max...
The space
There is a 36' deep Garage with a rollup door in front and backside. it is only a single wide garage. perfect storage for watercraft, Jet Ski's or Side by Side. there is driveway parking and the area next to the driveway can also be used for parking. (soon it'll just be an extension to the driveway)
Guest access
Side by Sides / Golf cart use around town is common

Bullhead Gem
Our stay in this lovely home fit our needs perfectly. We were in Bullhead City to do some family home repairs, and needed a nice relaxing home to return to after some long work days. Communication with the host was prompt, and the home was very clean, welcoming, and had everything we needed to make our stay a perfect one. The large garage fit our big truck full of tools, so we didn’t have to worry about leaving everything outside. We would definitely stay there again.

Safe Neighborhood
This house was the perfect size to accommodate 4 adults. Its in a great location, quick drive to Laughlin and Oatman. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. The community pool/hot tub area wasn't too far from the house. The 4ft deep hot tub was amazing. Communication with the host was timely. Would definitely stay here again!

The host was wonderful with communication and ease of us using their property. It is in a quiet, new neighborhood and the house was clean and had all the amenities we needed. We plan to return for another visit in the future.

Just like home
Our stay was so pleasant. First off, Steve was such an amazing host. He was super accommodating and answered all my questions in a timely manner. His house was wonderful!
