Buffett breakfast was cold! No tidying up or fresh towels on a two night stay. Poorly managed pool area. Not close to enough chairs no staff around and they had a band playing. Room service was knocking on our door at 8:30 am. Room was near elevators. Sorry for complaining, but no sleep, no good ...

I shouldn't have just picked my room when I arrived, they gave me a two-bed that was small like a full-size bed and I was just so overcrowded .
