Cheapest in town, but not worth $85

Site manager/caretaker was nice, room was clean, toilets in the morning not so as to be expected with many people waking up at the same time. Advertised breakfast on hotels.com and on their flyer/map but did not supply breakfast, bit of a false advertising. Only stayed 1 night so can't say much about it. Bed made a squeeky sound and so did the neighbors! People confusing rooms and knocking on our and others doors. Bit expensive $85 for a backpacker, lucky I used a $45 free night discount voucher.

It was clean and quiet. The location was very central. The checkin and checkout process were smooth and easy, no complaints.

Vending machine didn't work. Though not allowed to smoke in the premises, the layout of the place had the smoke blowing in anyway. The staff were phenomenal. It was clean, and certainly covered what I needed for a night.

Was booked into single room, which comprised of bunk beds. Check in was quick with no problems, gentleman at reception was friendly. This is where the good points stoped. Breakfast included, which comprised of two bins of unsliced bread and rolls, no set up with butter or spreads. This is true backpacker style. Location good.

チェックイン時のレセプションの受付係の方がとてもフレンドリーで感じが良かった。部屋には扇風機が設置されていて、暑い時は使わせて頂いた。ベッドにハシゴもあった。そこそこ年数が経っている施設だからかどことなく雑多な感じがあるものの、手入れの行き届いた良い宿だった。シャワーやトイレも綺麗だった。ただ(見落としただけかもしれないが)貴重品用のロッカーは見受けられなかったのでそこは注意が必要。部屋にはベッドごとに棚があるので物は置けるが、貴重品は自身で管理すべき。また洗濯機、乾燥機はあるが、洗剤は無いので用意が必要。干すスペースもある。 すぐ近くにofficeworksがあり、レジュメの印刷に便利。1番近いスーパーまでは歩きで10〜15分程掛かると思われる(短期間の宿泊だったのであくまで予想)。 機会があればまた泊まりたい。

寝るだけだったので可もなく不可もなくです。 各ベッドごとに専用の荷物棚があるのは良かったかも。 長期滞在者が多いのかドミの中はジメっとした感じで清潔感は感じられず。 あと、長期滞在者が騒いでうるさい

Halfway house

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone unless your in dire straits for accomodation. Broken toilets, shopping trolleys of dirty old clothes around the place. Dirty laundry all through the bathrooms, no shower screens or doors in bathrooms and the general feel about the place was of a half way house with slobby sloth men lying around the places lounge areas picking there noses and wiping it all over the furniture. Don't do it

When you just need a bed for the night

I stayed here briefly overnight with 3 of my children. Check in was super easy, the room was clean, bathroom was clean, and the beds were comfy. Best thing was once we went to bed super early, we didn't hear any noise from any of the other people staying! Only problem is the check out time, I had to check out at 7, couldn't do it until 8, so just gave the keys to the night clerk and left without getting the $10 key deposit back.

Location location

If you are after an affordable and convenient bed for the night the bunbury backpackers is pretty good. I found the parking really handy too and the gate is locked at night so it's nice and secure. Late check-in is only downside but apart from that it's value for money.
