"The location is great for accessing the South Slope area by foot - with restaurants and breweries close at hand. It is a very modern bldg and had all we needed. The downside is lack of sound proofing with windows and front door - since the unit faces Biltmore Ave, you get road noise throughout the day/night. They do provide noise machines to help with that. I would stay here again."

"Brand new building in a great location within walking distance to many bars and restaurants. The balcony was very nice to sit on and enjoy. The bed was comfortable and had enough pillows and bedding to stay comfortable. It was nice to have a TV in the bedroom. The parking space was nice and needed, especially on the weekends.
