Downtown Open Concept with Balcony

Spacious king bedroom residence (with a pull out queen sofa bed) featuring an open floorplan and a balcony, this condo boasts upgraded appliances in its full kitchen. You'll find it both room and cozy, but with its fantastic location, you'll want to spend time exploring Asheville, the Biltmore Estate, and the Blue Ridge Parkway among many other local attractions.

Located in the heart of downtown Asheville next to the beautiful Foundry Hotel (great restaurant and bar!) and nestled in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains, this condo offers guests the best of both worlds. And it's only moments away from Asheville's Biltmore Avenue with restaurants, breweries, shops, and galleries.

You'll receive detailed check-in instructions about five days before your arrival, but feel free to reach out to your host with any questions or for recommendations at any time before or during your stay!

Vehicles must not exceed 7,000 lbs- Large trucks, RVs, Vans, Trailers, or Boats are not permitted

The building and the condo are beautiful. There is plenty of space for two adults. The bathroom is spacious with two sinks and a large walk in shower. The balcony overlooks Triangle Park. The location is perfect for walking to stores and restaurants uptown. The private parking lot is convenient and included in the rental fee. Building security works well with the phone app described in the rental instructions. We would definitely stay in this unit on our next trip to Asheville.

Clean and Close Condo

This condo was gorgeous. Ability to walk to downtown Asheville was amazing - all the sights, food and fun. Only 15 minute drive to the Biltmore, and less than an hour for great hiking. I would highly recommend. It is on a main street - so there is some noise, but loved having the space for my daughter and I - great checkin- all contactless. But the response time to any questions was quick! Enjoy Asheville from this condo.

This location was perfect ! Easy walks to art museum, LOTS of restaurants, and ICE CREAM ! This part of town used to be a bit sketchy, but it is now a wonderful, cultural location !
