「The bedrooms are smaller than expected. The downstairs bathroom is common, not reserved for the bedroom. So, "Master suite" is not actually accurate.
The downstairs shower did not work. The upstairs shower was iffy. The host had a plumber come and fix them both while we were there. He said no one had mentioned it before.
The hot tub was out of order at the pool area, apparently for more than the last week. Again, the host said no one had mentioned it before.
