“Nice standard of new accommodation that also doubles up as student accommodation. Friendly helpful staff at reception and the hotel is very near the Empalme station.
There is a restaurant that does a buffet style breakfast and evening meals.
There are some restaurants and bars around 10 minutes away, although I dare say most will opt for the short journey into town.
Overall a good place to stay in Valencia.”

“The facilities and the look of the apartment is very basic. But it is value for money, you have stove, fridge, cooking utensils and glasses/ plates. There is a supermarket nearby too. But if you don’t drive, it will be a bit inconvenient. ”

“Well where do I start, the villa was incredible and the host Alberto was exceptional couldn't ask for more he was brilliant and attentive to all our needs. He made the journey from the airport to the villa so easy for us no fuss whatsoever and the same back to airport. Alberto was so easy to get hold off if we had any questions, we would just phone or text him and he always replied immediately, what a great host. “La casa es preciosa y muy grande, en una urbanización apartada y tranquila. Tiene una piscina grande a la que le da prácticamente el sol todo el día, con hamacas, mesita, sofas de terraza y barbacoa techada.La casa tiene aire acondicionado por conducto en la primera y segunda planta.Abajo donde hay otra habitación hay ventilador. La verdad es que hemos pasado unos dias donde hemos disfrutado mucho de la zona exterior, que es preciosa y está equipada para no tener que subir mucho arriba.”

“Heerlijk huis met veel ruimte binnen en buiten. Super zwembad wordt goed onderhouden. Half uur rijden van Valencia, waar we een hoop leuke dingen gedaan hebben. Huis heeft soms wat gebruiksaanwijzing met de airco, alarm, warm water, etc. Maar dat wordt allemaal door de eigenaar verstrekt. Tijdens ons verblijf was er wel wat veel lawaai van de buren (honden rechts /aanleg schutting links). ”

"I happened to experienced Storm Dana. After I checked out, my flight was canceled due to the storm, the road to the airport was blocked. I’d to go back to the hotel, but I was told by a lady reception the hotel was fully booked. No room was available.
I was really disappointed since all the hotel in area was fully booked.
And then a hotel guest noticed the conversation and telling me he’s cancelling his booking and going to Barcelona. And then a male reception (black curly hair) was very nice even send a staff to look for another already clean room for me for faster check in.
I’m very thankful for those who help us in need.
As the hotel room, it’s simple room but clean. "
