「We were on a vacation / road trip , traveling back home to New Jersey from South Florida. We decided to stay a few nights in Wilmington, where I once resided for a few years. 「It was a beautiful place for anytime of the year. Two bedrooms , two bathrooms. TVs in every room . Lovely fireplaces, beautiful dining room set. The kitchen is stocked with coffee, creamers, sugar, spices, and if you have a mind to Cook , it has all the necessary pots, pans, dishes, etc.」

「Perfect location, walk out to the beach. Building was noisy on the weekend when other units were rented. Some of the furniture (outside) and utensils was needing repair/replacement. Amenities says kayak/canoe - reached out to owner to determine if this was the rental across the street but they never replied. Lots (too many) automated emails upon booking, but owner did not respond to my emails.」

「Dina's place was even better than advertised! We loved the amenities like snacks, a filtered water pitcher, a toaster oven, microwave, and mini fridge for our week-long stay in Wilmington! The place was spotless! Dina was an excellent host who checked in often. The location is great! It is about 12 minutes to Downtown Wilmington, 15 minutes to Wrightsville Beach, and 35 minutes to Carolina Beach. The area has several restaurants and a Lowe's Foods nearby. I highly recommend staying here!」

「House is beautifully decorated, spacious, well appointed and in prime location to enjoy the riverfront. Only downside is single bathroom but our group of 5 managed fine. Don’t let that scare you off from this premium rental. We would definitely stay again. Owner is super responsive and accommodating as well.」

「We came down to Wilmington to visit family for a long weekend. The house is in a great location and easily walkable to many restaurants and shops. Parking was on the street but had no issues parking right in front of the home. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed.
