“We chose to stay in Burgaw to save a little money instead of staying in Wilmington during the Fourth of July week. Our daughter had orientation for UNCW which was just 30min away. The house was clean and neat. It was fully stocked. The only thing we missed was a microwave. Also, the water was high in iron but I suspect that’s a regional issue. Great job fixing up this house!”

“The house was well-appointed and very comfortable. The hosts (Ada and Curt) were very attentive. The property manager (Ray) is a nice guy and very accommodating. The house is in a good central location. Check-in/out process smooth. Good pointers in video and booklet.”

“We had such a fun time staying in the heart of Wilmington. The house was perfect for 3 girls- we each had our own bedroom. The living room was cozy for late night chatting! We walked to dinner and/or brunch to enjoy the vibe of downtown. And only had a 20min drive to the beach! Much thanks to the hostess!”

“The house was clean and spacious. Having a dishwasher, washer and dryer were so convenient in the house. The small fenced in yard was plenty for my little dogs. It was only about 15 -20 minute drive to the beach. The best was the free parking at the beach. Loved the month I was there. The host was amazing and available for anything I needed or answered any questions I had. ”

“Quiet street with plenty of great amenities! Bikes and other beach equipment is a nice plus! Loved the early morning coffee on the deck watching sunrise over the ocean. Will definitely stay again!”
