「There was not anything unique about the property. It was an older hotel which we will stay at on occasion. The problem came when we entered our room and had to kill three roaches within the first five minutes. It was very late, so we did not call the front desk. Hotels were in short supply because of the time of year(Keeneland.) We did not bother to take advantage of the complimentary breakfast...if there are roaches in the room, there are most definitely roaches in the kitchen.」

「I arrived in the evening and the lighting on the property was subpar along with the signage. I struggled to find the building in the dark. Also, there are no signs for what rooms are on what floor. Very confusing.」

「The front desk ladies were exceptionally nice! I had two 6 year old boys with me and they had such a fun time with the front desk crew. I appreciated their welcome and patience with 2 rambunctious boys! The room was nice, clean and well maintained. The boys used the pool and had a blast!」

「Easy check in and full breakfast available. Very clean and quiet property. Room servicing was a bit confusing … stayed 4 nights all together and never had a room cleaning. Had to call the front desk for more toilet paper.」

「The rooms were dirty and need alot of updates. Breakfast was OK but nothing special. It was like some people that was their home. Noisy and rude.」

「They lost my reservation when I checked in on October 22nd. The wall above the heater had been repaired and needed repairing again (shoddy repair). The door latch in the bathroom was missing and the shower needed a more thorough scrubbing.」

「Nice and clean . Bed not very good.」

「Homeless people sleeping in parking lot, Report of Bed bugs」

「Clean, pretty area, watched people tee off.👍 And hot tub hit the spot!!!」

「The location was great for the events happening in town! We were disappointed that the patio area wasn't easily accessible from the home. The house was comfortable but the shower is tiny!」

「The hotel is being remodeled. The hotel is doing very well to keep the noise to a minimum. The places that have already been renovated look great. The front desk staff Tara is wonderful for deal with. Always nice and helpful. Very nice room I was in had a very nice stay. Will definitely return.」
