「飯店位於茵特拉肯西站，如果需要上少女峰需要搭火車前往東站。但飯店位置很棒，不是位於茵特拉肯觀光客最多的商店街，反而是為在稍微寧靜的地點。陽台景觀很讚，可以免費使用洗衣機。」

「6 out of 10 this hotel. Breakfast is quite good ,the room is clean. However the location is a bit remote, very few trains between the west and east stations, unless you don’t mind walking about 20 minutes from one to the other. The WiFi in the room is very weak, it often took around 10 minutes to connect, and the connection would drop within 2 minutes. Most of time I couldn’t connect at all, so it was basically unusable in room.」

「Very nice view everywhere in the small town. Many choices of restaurants and activities nearby. Supermarkets, souvenir shops, train terminal within walking distance. Western castle style 5 stars hotel, staff perfectly nice and helpful. Not air- conditioned is the only consideration, a bit hot during summer time.」

「It is a very cozy place to stay. The staffs are very nice and would give good travel recommendations. It takes 10mins walk to the station or you can take the bus for free. The room is clean and large, sufficient tools for cooking various type of dishes.」

「Pros: located on Main Street of Interlaken, easy to walk everywhere. Spacious, modern rooms with AC that actually makes the rooms cool. Bright lights in the rest room. There is also a small terrace and partial view of mountains from the room. Cons: Understaffed for two days - room wasn’t cleaned until 4-5 PM, only one person at the front desk, staff was super busy during breakfast. The day when we are about to leave, there is a new team of staff that is much more efficient and responsive....

「We had a member of our group have an accident and we could not make it to our originally scheduled hotel in Zurich, so we got this hotel in Interlaken last minute. The manager Altus to come later because we were still at the hospital until after 11. I am so grateful to him for staying up to accommodate us!」

「The room was nice and had a nice view to the river. However, since there is a pub in the corner, it got noisy for few hours and drunk people were making noise during very late at nigh. The walls are not sound proof so could hear the neighbors steps, conversations, etc. I couldn’t have a good rest 」

「The hotel is right by the bus stop Jungfraustrasse, you can easily walk to Interlaken West train station—superb convenient. Tbh we booked this hotel last minute so it may be expensive, but the staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel room only had triple type J sockets, and none of my adapters fit! Fortunately, the staff quickly brought us adaptors, which was awesome.」

「Worst hotel i have ever stayed in!!! They cancelled my booking few days before my arrival and the hotel was flooded!! Only a few staffs were working. The hotel was so old and the bathroom door wasnt working. I will never return to this hotel!!!! Its the oldest hotel in the town!!! 」
