“We enjoyed our 2-night stay here very much. The hotel is located at the centre of the city, very close to the Collégiale Notre-Dame. The front door of the hotel leads to the underground lobby. The front desk staff was very friendly, warm and helpful, the check-in process was very smooth. Our room is on the 3rd floor, and there is no elevator. The front desk staff was very helpful”

“This was a cheap basic hotel: clean, functional, and close to the town centre. However the amenities were minimal, no bottled water, and really minimal coffee/tea in the room (ie: 1 instant coffee, 1 tea-bag, and no milk), breakfast was disappointing with no cooked or warm offerings. The rooms in the hotel (other than the bedrooms) look like they haven’t been updated since the late 1950s, which has a quaint retro style I guess. “We stayed in a family room but it's not in the main building, it was in a separate building on the side where we were told it was used to keep horses before. The main building was nice, reception area was classical. The swimming pool was a bit smaller than what it was shown in the photo. There were some small farms nearby. It's good experience to stay here. One thing to note is that my kids were very scared to walk on the corridor of the building we stayed in because there was no lightings, it……

“The room provided to us came with an air conditioner failed to supply cool air by that day Beaune temperature was around 26-28 degree C. The lady in-charged front desk said hotel air conditioner will only supply cool air the next Monday, but we will check-out on Sunday after two nights stay. I questioned her how a hotel had such facilities failure without backup plan. She said sorry to me but the hotel had nothing to do to the guest like me even no electric fan provided.
