「What a cute little place. Exactly what I needed. Unfortunately, I had a last-minute trip to the area during the masters. Everything was either booked solid or completely overpriced, compared to its normal seasonal price. I appreciate this Owner being true to their pricing structure and not price gouging people during an event that I had no desire or need to attend. I love the surrounding area and the community it was. 」

Where this place excels is in the communication with the property owner. He was responsive and courteous. The location is wonderful. 「My son and I stayed here for a trip to the Masters. Very convenient to the highway, many restaurants/stores nearby, and only a 10-15 min drive to Augusta National! The apartment was exactly like the pictures and very clean. Very quiet neighborhood. Host was fantastic and responsive to all communication. Would definitely stay here again if our travels bring us back to Augusta!」

「The check-in process was easy and painless. Kyle was a great host and was easy to communicate with. The place, besides 1 or 2 dishes, was very clean. Provided with essentials, i.e., body wash, shampoo/conditioner, dish soap, seasonings, as well as laundry supplies. There was some maintenance done during our stay, and Kyle made sure we were informed. Overall, a great stay and accurate to the photos. Thank you, Kyle!」

The decor was gorgeous and the layout was perfect for a group of friends — one bedroom is off by itself and two are next to each other.
