It is not a private accommodation, which I suspected due to the price, but it wasn't clear from the listing, so you may be sharing the bathroom and open area. The host is pleasant and the place is generally clean, except the microwave and toaster oven. There is a "kitchenette" listed, but don't count on cooking anything. It was nice that there was a desk/chair...

"The hotel is pretty new and the room with the sliding door divider is nice. Room is clean and pretty good space. Desk staff & House maid are friendly & courteous. What needs to improve: 1) need more parking spaces, 2) the shower head slides down the support rod, had to tie to stay put, 3) the reception area is quite small."
