This property could use some updating, and the services are pretty basic. Little details can make a difference: the coffee in my room was only decaf--I had to go to the front desk for regular. Only black tea, no herbal. No hot chocolate at self serve station. The walls are thin--I heard pretty clearly a party that was going on in the next room one evening, and only a pillow over my ears allowed me go get to sleep.
Good things: the bed was comfortable and the room was basically clean. Front desk staff were friendly, Breakfast wasn't bad.

This was likely the most poorly maintained accommodations we have ever stayed in. We’ve stayed in hotels around world and this is by far the most disappointing. Given the normal standards of Choice hotels, this property has clearly been forgotten!

The room was very clean and lots of features that made it a very nice stay.
The staff were very friendly and a wonderful manager that went above and beyond to help.
I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Our one-night stay at the Quality Inn in Colchester, near Burlington, Vermont, was very disappointing. The first room’s lock did not work, yet staff initially tried to convince us to stay there. We had to repeatedly explain that we felt unsafe before they moved us to another room.
Although the second room felt more secure, the lobby and hallway carpets were visibly dirty and poorly maintained. The maintenance employee we encountered also appeared unkempt, adding to the overall impression of neglect.
We felt so uncomfortable about cleanliness that we slept in our regular clothes to minimise contact with the bedding. A secure room and a clean environment are basic expectations, and this stay fell well short. I would not stay here again or recommend it.

We booked a king size room and got a full size bed. Room wasn’t cleaned that well the door was broken but fixed the next day. (Maintenance guy was awesome) Room was charged on my card for one day before we even checked in and then the next day was charged for the two days stay we had booked. I was not affected by this but I’m sure some people could been if they are on a budget, since money doesn’t get released back for a few days after checking out. Third floor hallway off the elevator smelled very musty as well as carpet wasn’t vacuumed. Toilet needs replacing. In a state that probably has all the water saving laws you would think the toilet would be a newer toilet that only uses a gallon to flush not four or five. I have waited a few weeks to post this but we were not at all happy with this hotel. It being fall foliage time there were no hotels left in downtown Burlington. This hotel was 2 exits from Burlington, not far but a waist of money.
We will never stay here again
