We booked a room here on our way back home to MN from visiting friends in AL. The gal at the front desk was very pleasant and friendly. The room we stayed in was clean with a mid-size fridge instead of a mini fridge which was nice. The shower was huge with plenty of hot water and the A/C worked great. The queen size mattress on the bed was very new and we noticed this because they didn’t remove the plastic before putting the sheets on. Now we know what it’s like sleeping on a giant, very soft, bag of potato chips. It’s hot and crinkly. We did not sleep well at all. We didn’t ask why and only assumed it’s to keep the mattress as clean as possible? But it was very uncomfortable and there has to be better ways than keeping the original plastic it came in on it. Other than that, it was a nice clean & quiet room. It did make us longing to sleep in our own bed when we got home that night!

This was a very old hotel. The flooring in the room had many gaps and was peeling from the bottom. The bathroom sink was very small, and did not have a stopper. The small refrigerator was quite noisy. Otherwise, the room was clean. I would only recommend this for the budget traveler.

Great place to stay !

The host was super nice and accomodated our needs/request for an extension cord and help to print something. The beds were super comfortable and clean. I was especially grateful for the hot water since many places don't have that. The location is close to restaurants and stores.

It was a small quaint room. We stopped to sleep for the night. So it met our needs. But the toilet seat was loose. It was a quiet place.

The staff were very helpful, friendly and easily accessible. The room had a nice size refrigerator and a microwave. There was an available four slice toaster, microwave and ice maker in the office, there was also a coffee machine but it was out of order. The price was very affordable.

Extremely dated, in need of maintenance and serious upgrades This would make a great boutique hotel if they would put $$ and effort into it. Room was clean in comparison to the overall condition . Front desk/office was not open as posted.
