“Overall, the condo was nice. However, the big disappointment is that the shower drain did not drain properly and the shower floor would fill and flood into the bathroom within about 5 minutes in the shower. To me, this is just about as bad as staying somewhere that the toilet doesn’t work in. To stay in a place this nice, the expectation would be that at least those basic necessities work flawlessly. Very disappointing and I’m not so sure that I would stay there again.”

“Everything was great except parking. Who ever owns or rented the place next to us used part of our parking space so we had to park in guest parking. Would have been a bigger issue if we had not been able to use the load-unload spot next to elevators. Place a pic of the vehicle. We would stay again. Just wanted to let you know as this could be a bigger issue of your other guests.”

“The listing indicated an "unobstructed view" of the lake from the balcony, but id say the condo was more than "steps from the lake" and while there was a view, it was a partial view obstructed by a building. It was comfortable but the stove top had two burners that did not work which made it difficult for cooking. We did really enjoy the hot which was clean. Overall a 4 out of 5.”

“Bedding and baths were clean. Leftover personal items. The entire kitchen and bath floors were sticky, there was pizza boxes, leftover food in pantry and the appliances were not clean. The furniture was in disrepair and stained as well as the rug. Many photos and reports were made with no response. The access code did not work upon arrival. Suggesting remove all food, including old spices and any old coffee creamers or coffee. Deep clean appliances/cabinets, replace vent filter,……

“We enjoyed the property. The view is fantastic and there are some good restaurants in the area. The lake water is low but Cynthia helped us to find a place to put in our jet skis. Unfortunately, we didn't get as much time on the lake as we would have liked since our dog barked when we left him alone one morning so we spent the rest of the time with him. Cynthia was really good at communicating with us. We would definitely recommend this property.”

“When we first walked in to the condo, it reeked of cigarettes. The return air vent, above the refrigerator, was absolutely filthy! It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years! The condo said it would sleep 5, which is how many we had, with the 3rd bed being the couch. There were no linens, blankets, anything for the couch. Fortunately, we brought a couple of blankets. The “resort”itself was lacking. There was no water trampoline, as advertised. We attempted to go by the office twice, and both……
