「We stayed here over the 4th of July weekend. The house is very well maintained and had everything we might need! The hosts are incredible and responsive if anything came up. And when they warn about the stickers on the walk to the lake, they aren’t joking! Those stickers are awful. But overall, we had a really great time. It ended up raining pretty much the whole time we were there, but we made great use of the card games that were provided! Would absolutely recommend and would stay here again!」

「The location of the house is perfect. Walking distance to downtown and the river. Pastries, juice, milk, cereal and coffee for breakfast. That was a nice treat. The sheets on the bed were dreamy! Communication with Ambre, the host was excellent! If you’re looking for the perfect little place in Llano, this is the one!」

「It was ideal for our family. Big yard & bedrooms worked well for kids.」

「We were alittle skeptical at first of the water front.. but knew it has been very common because of drought that water levels have been low.. but it was plenty deep for my kiddos to play and swim. The cottage was perfectly clean, nicely decorated, and cold when we arrived. The kids enjoyed playing the games outside and I enjoyed sitting outside at night and watching the deer that made their way to the water… we caught fish and swam. One tip I can offer is to bring water shoes and folding...

「It was nice cozy home. There was a river near by but we ended up going to lake travis and mansfield dam which where 20 to 30 minute drive. It was a fun family vacation」

「I stayed here with friends. The house is comfortable and spacious. Love how it is decorated. Beds were comfortable and it is in a very convenient location. I highly recommend staying here. Pamela was very nice and helpful. What a fun weekend! 」
