“I can't say enough great things about Frank's Bird house!! It was perfect for my husband and I and a family gathering. Plenty of room, the place was immaculate clean and just stunning. Our nieces and nephew loved the downstairs area with the pool table and theater system for some movies with the family! Saw lightning bugs and deer. We have a disabled family member and the top floor worked perfect with a covered porch on the front and beautiful views from 2 back balconies with sliding glass……

“Had some trouble with all the remotes working on and off for the fireplaces. Only had 3 towels for 4 people and the upstairs bed was broken but overall it was a great stay. It was a cute little place with a great deck. Very clean. ”

It was clean and I loved that they provided coffee each morning that we were there. We had 3 people in our party and it would accommodate at least 2 more comfortably. We enjoyed rafting, KFC, & the pinball museum! Would definitely recommend to others if traveling this way!”

“The property exceeded our expectations! We were surprised but delighted to find a hot tub ready for soaking in out on the deck (not included in the original listing - brand new, perhaps?). Loved the large open plan space for cooking/eating/gathering and the dorm-like row of bedrooms. Lots of towels. Very quiet neighborhood. Kitchen included lots of spices, tea and coffee selections - pod-style machine AND a kettle for hot water. It was pretty perfect for what we needed as a group of 7……

“The hardwood floors were extremely dirty. Otherwise, the house was very nicely kept and updated. The description needs to be updated to correct an online error that says 4 - bedroom. It is truly only 3 bedroom. The location was nice and convenient. The upstairs tenants were loud and disruptive at bedtime. Maybe add some noise insulation between the upper and lower units. Overall, we were well satisfied.”

Lovely home - exceptionally clean, very nicely furnished and supplied with everything you could possibly need plus so many “extras” generously provided by the host - toiletries, coffee, breakfast goodies, sweet treats, bottled water, info on places to see/things to do, and a whole lot more.
