Would suggest a few blinds on windows in main living area as homes are close together and did not feel comfortable for privacy purposes. Our kids really loved the little rock slide in the creek, the hot tub, and the place had great toys and books out for our use. Chimney Rock and Lake Lure are less than 15 minutes away! “This is the third time we've stayed at this charming cabin with our dog. The location is great, a walk to Chimney Rock and a short drive to Asheville. The stone steps would not be good for someone unsure of their footing. The cabin is well laid out so it feels roomy and always spotlessly clean. There are two ample screened porches, front and back, so pup has a lot of room to roam around. Definitely recommend.”

It was a quick drive in to Asheville, and we were very excited that you could walk out of the door and be only a five-minute walk from the Mountains-to-Sea Trail along the Blue Ridge Parkway. The house itself was comfortably furnished, and the hot tub was great. The kitchen has the basics in terms of cooking implements, but guests need to bring their own staples.”
