The hotel is clean, the beds are confortable but the pillows a bit less to our liking. A bit hard. We had a triple room, for 3 adults. It was very small with our 3 suitcases. The bathroom was also small and I wonder how big people can shower in the that small enclosure. There is plenty of hot water, which was appreciated. The staff was welcoming and super nice bending over backward to help us. Breakfast was good, plentiful. If you are a coffee lover however, you will need to go elsewhere for your morning coffee. Overall, an ok place to explore Bursa.

Odaya girerken elektrik kartının takıldığı parça koptu, bu yüzden aşağı inip oda değiştirmek zorunda kaldım. Ayrıca odada telefon olduğu söylendi ama hiç telefon yoktu. Banyodaki dolap kırık, havlu askısı hasarlıydı ve birçok eşya bozuk durumdaydı. Duş sürekli akıyordu, zemin hep ıslaktı. Çok fazla kırık ve yarım kalmış şey vardı; oda oldukça rahatsız ediciydi. Tek artısı, odadaki iki büyük ve rahat yataktı; nevresimler temiz ve hoştu. Bunun dışında resepsiyondaki personel de çok nazikti, her zaman güler yüzle karşıladılar.

Odalar gayet temiz. Ancak kucuk. Bir iki gecelik konaklamalar icin uygun. Ama uzun zaman kalmak icin biraz bunaltici olabilir. Belki biz 4 kisi oldugumuz icin de dar gelmis olabilir. Personel cok ilgili. Kahvaltisini bu kadar iyi beklemiyordum. Bittikce hersey yenileniyor. Acik bufe kahvalti. Kahvalti salonu biraz kucuk ama gayet iyi. Lobide ucretli cay kahve alabileceginiz bir stand var. Merkezi bir yerde. Tekrar Bursa'ya gezmek icin gelsem kesinlikle tercih ederim.
