Overall, the hotel with the beachfront view and massage chair provided a wonderful experience! However, I was hoping for more breakfast menu options during my stay. I’m glad I chose the room with the great views!

Clean room but the soap/shampoo dispensers were almost empty. The so-called continental breakfast was nothing but overcooked boiled eggs and cheap white bread. No juice or fruits, etc.

기대 이상 ...

진해군항제 맞아서 갑자기 예약하느라 방이 있는게 어디냐 .. 생각했는데 생각했던 것보다 방이 깨끗하고 한적한 곳에 호텔이 있어서 조용해 좋았습니다. 저희 엄마가 숙소 평가 박한 편인데 맘에 들어하셨어요. 다음에 다른 지역에 브라운도트 호텔 묵을 의사 있습니다. 감사합니다.

평일 1박했습니다. 객실 청소상태가 별로였습니다. 창틀에도 먼지가 수북히 쌓여있었고 바닥도 청소가 덜된 상태였습니다. 시트에 긴 머리카락이 있었고 먼지도 많이 났어요. 조식은 작은컵 컵라면과 식빵 일회용잼 음료캔입니다. 객실은 조용했고 해변가라서 경치는 괜찮습니다. 주변에 산책로가 있습니다.

두 번째 숙박

몇개월 전 S전기 출장 때문에 묵었는데, S전기 부산사업장에서 이곳을 추천해 주었고, 특히 이른 아침부터 S전기까지 봉고차로 픽업해준 점이 좋았기에 이번 출장에도 호텔스닷컴으로 예약을 했고..이전보다는 유쾌하지 않았지만 픽업서비스도 받으면서 두 번째로 묵었습니다. 다만, 주변 식당이 없어서 혼밥하기 쉽지 않고, 조식은 기대하지 않으시는 것이 좋습니다. 그리고 이번에 픽업 서비스 희망한다고 요청했다가 알게 된 사실은....우선 S전기에 출장왔다고 해도 S전기 직원이 아니면 원래 픽업 해주지 않는다고 합니다. 특히 호텔스닷컴으로 예약한 고객은 픽업해주지 않는다고 합니다. 호텔스닷컴으로 예약해도 숙박비를 모두 지불하고 숙박하는 건데...직접 호텔에 전화해서 예약하지 않았다고 손님에게 불친절하는 건지... 종합해서 말씀드리면, 브라운도트 신호점은 S전기 직원분들과 호텔에 직접 전화해서 예약한 사람들은 만족스럽게 이용하실 수 있겠지만, S전기 직원이 아니면서 호텔스닷컴으로 예약해서 이용하시는 분들은 불쾌한 경험을 하실 수 있다는 점은 알고 가시길 바랍니다. 그리고 호텔측에도 요청드립니다. 예약하는 분들께 호텔스닷컴이 아니라 직접 호텔에 전화해서 예약하고, 픽업서비스는 S전기 직원에 한해서만 해주는 것이라고 사전에 알려주시면, 불필요한 오해가 없을 것 같습니다.

이용 후기같은거 잘 안남기는데 좀 짜증이 나는 일이 있어서 남깁니다. 이 곳은 제가 부산명지에 출장갈 때마다 자주 이용하는 호텔입니다. 이번에도 출장오게되어서 숙박하러 호텔 체크인 하려는데 프론트에 계시는 아주머니께서 '호텔스닷컴'을 잘 모른다고 하며 체크인을 안시켜줍니다. 그래서 세계 최대 호텔예약 사이트인데 모르시냐고 하니 정말 모른다고 합니다. 그래서 휴대폰을 꺼내서 예약내역을 보여드리니 '아~ 여기~ 수수료 많이 때어가는 사이트는 예약을 잘 안받아서 잘 모르겠는데... 조회가 안되네요..' 라고하고 예약 조회가 안된다며 계속 체크인을 거부합니다.. 업무 출장 후 피곤한 상태에서 쉬러왔는데.. 정말 황당했습니다.. 결국 제가 호텔스닷컴 고객센터 전화해서 자초지종을 설명하고 전화연결을 시키니 마치 준비한듯 1초만에 '아~ 여기있네~'라며  키를 바로 꺼내줍니다... 이런 황당한 체크인은 처음 봤습니다.. 호텔스닷컴이 수수료를 많이 떼어가서 불만이면 아예 호텔스닷컴의 예약을 막아놓던지하지 왜 이렇게 정상적인 절차로 예약하고 입실하려는 이용자에게 기분상하게 응대를 하는지 모르겠습니다.
