Renters Beware!

Location is good, pictures in listing were from years ago. Property is not as pictured, could write a book on this place. Way over priced for current condition. Carlos reasoning was if we were sharing the place with multiple couples and splitting up the cost it wouldn't be overpriced. At 200 a night, I wouldn't complain.

Top Notch Location

The view of the falls was exceptional. The property is even better than pictured. It was an ideal place for our yearly family vacation - we were even able to include our dog. Plenty of space for everyone, the kitchen had everything you could possibly need, and the game room was especially popular with my niece and husband. Thank you to Carlo for sharing his beautiful home with us.

Great getaway

Great stay!

Our group loved the waterfall - it is a roaring waterfall and right in the backyard. We spent hours looking at it and listening to its relaxing sounds over the weekend. The house is spacious - has a nice great room and kitchen area for everyone to hang out. We also made good use of the grill and hot tub.

Ideal Isolation

A great stay for the entire family, really nice view of the falls behind the house. Very spacious and beautifully decorated, and an additional nice touch with the arcade games and video game consoles in the basement. Great fireplace setup and patio space, too. Felt very homey and one of our most unique vacation experiences!

A Great Stay!

Rented as a group of 8 40-something dads looking for a fun weekend away. It worked out perfectly. The house was plenty spacious and had all the amenities we were looking for. The owner and property manager were very helpful both before and during our stay. Would certainly recommend and would stay here again.

Awesome Weekend!!!!

Best place I have rented !!!! The waterfall view was memorizing and sitting on the large couch in front of the fireplace with the views of the waterfall make the weekend fly by. You can not go wrong here and this house is huge with enough room for any size family. The kids enjoyed the hot tub and video games. Carlo was a great host. My family wants to come back soon.

Great family getaway

Just returned from a 5 day stay with my family. It was wonderful to spend time together for the holiday in a beautiful home with tons of space and amenities for everyone to enjoy. Game room and hot tub were especially big hits! The host was very responsive and flexible. Overall great experience!

Fantastic Home

This house was perfect for our needs. It fit all 12 of our family and friends comfortably and the games in the basement (pool table and video games) were great for our teenage boys. The house was in great condition, ample parking and a great fire pit out back with chairs to sit around. We never lit a fire but we sat and enjoyed the peach of the mountains and the sounds of the waterfall. The house is clean, beds are comfortable and kitchen has all the amenities you need for a great stay. We had friends staying in another VRBO and they were jealous of our house. The owner was very nice to deal with and easy to reach if I had a question. We will definitly come back again. Thank you!

Great house!

House is very nice, and was very clean when we arrived. We enjoyed the arcade games, pool table, hot tub, and fire pit! Property manager and owner were very responsive and helpful. Waterfall is visible from the property. Several nice hikes in the area (see AllTrails). We had a good time and would return if we're ever back in the area.

Highly Recommended, Had a Great Time

The house was better then described. The view of the waterfall was beautiful. The property was well maintained and very clean. Contacting the owner was not a problem and he was very helpful in any questions that I had. There was an endless amount of activities in the area and there was not a minute that went by that we were bored. This was by far the best place I have rented and plan on visiting again!

So peaceful

The sound of the waterfall in the background was so relaxing. It was a great house to spread out and chill. Kids loved the arcade games and hot tub. House was very clean. Carlo was extremely responsive and flexible. The pools in the community were great. We would absolutely stay again. Next time we may bring some friends.

Lovely weekend in the Poconos!

Great time hanging with friends. The space is large and able to accommodate multiple families and there's enough beds for everyone to spread out. I would have expected a bit more refinement from the total price per night and I did feel some of the pictures showed the property and deck and amenities before they were more lived in than they are now. All in all, we had a good time. Better than a hotel for sure!

Great Property

First of all, the photos of the waterfall don't do it justice...It's WAY bigger in real life and it's literally in the back yard. You can hear the relaxing sound of the falls from anywhere outside, as well as indoors as long as the windows are open. There are also 3 outdoor pools on the property to keep the kids entertained. One of which has a bar, for the adults. The house was clean an modern and with 3 levels, there is plenty of space for everyone.

An outstanding house!

My friends and I fell in love with the house. The house itself is located in a forest, also having a view onto a waterfall and a river. Next to the house is a professional hot tub, which we enjoyed after skiing. The owner of the house was always in reach, and would always help us in need. We will certainly come back to the house again.

Cousins Weekend Getaway

We were five female cousins. Checked in on a Friday afternoon. The home was very cozy, open floor plan. The sound of the falls directly behind the home was soothing and calming. There are three full bathrooms, one on each floor, bedrooms throughout, lots of space for everyone to lounge and relax. The next day, we took a short drive to Bushkill Falls and enjoyed the outdoors together. Overall, our girls trip was five stars. We have already discussed, coming back with our spouses and families.

Incredible home

I recently enjoyed a lovely stay at this very charming and exquisite home. Absolutely fantastic and by far the best AirBnB experience I have ever had. I would highly recommend this amazing home to anyone looking for a pocono get-a-way. The communication with the host was exceptional. He was so super responsive and made us feel valued and well taken care of. Entering the property, I was blown away by its immaculate cleanliness and pristine environment. The pictures really do not do it justice. Everything was more beautiful than described. The living room with the fireplace was warm and cozy and the views of the waterfall were just breathtaking! Everything about this home was incredible! I cannot wait to come back again!
