"Reserved a double room. Stayed with my teenage daughter and was given a king room. Tried to change after we got our keys and was told there was nothing they could do because they were sold out. I had to share a bed with my large child. Also, we were given an accesible room for the second weekend in a row. This hotel was cleaner than Irondequoit but there was no manager available to discuss the situation with and we paid up for two beds and didn’t get what we paid for. Btw, we checked in at 3:11 pm so it was just minutes after we were allowed to so it wasn’t late check in or anything. Never heard from management. Will never trust Hampton Inn again. "
