Designed for comfort and connection, the home features two separate bedroom wings flanking a spacious, north/northwest-facing living zone. Step out onto the expansive timber balcony and soak in the sounds of the bush as you unwind after a day of exploring.

You’ll be right on Norfolk Street, close to the walking and mountain biking trails of Meelup Regional Park. A scenic 20-minute walk through the park and past the Old Dunsborough Golf Course brings you to Curtis Bay, a secluded, picturesque swimming spot. Dunsborough’s main beach, boat ramp, and netted swimming area are just a few minutes’ drive away, as are the region’s most iconic beaches—Meelup, Castle Rock, Eagle Bay, and Bunker Bay.

Dunsborough town centre is only a 5-minute drive (or a leisurely 40-minute walk) and offers excellent cafes, restaurants, boutiques, and local produce.

Guest Information:

The entire home is exclusively yours during your stay

Quality linen, made-up beds, bath towels, hand towels, and bath mats are included in the cleaning fee (please bring your own beach towels and face washers)

Self-catering property - a starter pack of essentials (toilet paper, soap, dishwashing liquid, bin bags, etc.) is provided

We do not accept school leavers’ bookings at any time of year

This property is for accommodation only - parties, weddings, or functions are not permitted

Respect for neighbours and local council regulations is essential. Noise complaints, especially after 10pm, may result in immediate eviction without refund

No pets, no parties – quiet after 10pm. Please note that the owner’s elderly parents live close by! This home is licensed for a maximum of 8 people (which includes children) at the premises at any one time. If you break these conditions, you will be required to leave immediately with no refund. If you open it close it, if you turn it on turn it off. If you take it out put it away. :) Be happy.
