Lovely Home in a Lovely Spot

Only a 5 minute from the beach and 10 minutes from the town this home is ideally located. We were also very grateful we could bring our dog too. The bedding is crisp and white and beds comfortable. The house inside was spotlessly clean and the kitchen had everything you needed to cook up a decent meal. The outside was less clean with cobwebs around the place.The only negative was the two workman who came to the house whom we were not informed about. We understand it is a building and maintenance has to happen but a polite FYI from the owners would have been appreciated.

Spindrift

Location was fantastic.Communication great.House was reasonably well equipped. Outside area at back of property (no grass, just bark in some places and sand n weeds in other spots) was not pet friendly our cavoodle puppy who got very excited to go out, until we realised there was an enormous amount of prickles and they were stuck in her paws and she was yelping⁷.The outside of house could also do with a pest spray, as there was lots of spider webs and spiders.Also note their is like a bedroom /granny flat that comes of the living/loungeroom area, which there apparently is a tennant in there.It is only a bedroom door, it does have its own separate entry however but internal door is not really very secure which made us feel uncomfortable.
