Easter Stay

Great house and location, walking distance to town but in a quiet area that only gets local traffic and is V close to the beach / shops.Well set up for the family (or if you have a boat), boat ramp just down the road (heaps of space for parking etc) and great downstairs area with separate TV/living area.House has absolutely everything, only downside is I kept waking everybody up in the morning because I think its a timber floor between levels (not a major).Would absolutely stay there again.

The house has plenty of space to comfortably fit 2 families. Well stocked and equipped for all your needs. Location is great just a street back from The beach. Host has fabulous communication. Value for Money.

A family stay gem in the heart of Dunsborough

Such a fantastic stay in this beautiful beachside home in Dunsborough. A 1 min walk to the beach, 2 min drive to town and only 5mins in on the E-scooter. The swing in the backyard was a huge hit with the kids and kept them entertained while the parents had drinks on the balcony in the beautiful afternoon sun. Both TV's have Netflix for the kids and Kayo for the adults which was great. Kitchen is very well appointed and easy to prep meals in for the family. Absolute fantastic property for the price, will definitely be booking again. Tim & the fam.

Girls weekend

We had a great time in this lovely house. It had everything we needed. Do note the fire place is down stairs so despite booking a place with a fire we couldn’t use it to warm us upstairs /main living area

Perfect getaway!

Had an absolutely delightful stay in this house; perfect location with a swing for kids and a sand pit, looks like table tennis in garage too which would be great for teens. Super clean; and our kids loved the bunk beds... great for our family of four to spread out and also great if another family came along. Will recommend to plenty of family and friends; and would stay again.

The Perfect House

Stop looking, you’ve found it. Treehouse by the Sea is where you want to stay in Dunsborough for holiday comfort and coastal style. Big comfy sofas, relaxing balcony amongst the treetops and only two houses from the beach. Everything within the property is top class from the appliances to linen. Can’t wait to stay again.

Modern beachside home

Location so close to the town centre and stone throw to stunning beach. It was the perfect getaway with family, so spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. Made for a lovely relaxing time, thank you Lisa!!

Spacious getaway with friends

Really lovely home with lots of space and a great garden to work out and relax in. Kitchen and glassware were top notch. Some minor things required repair like the main bedroom tap which kept swivelling and towel hook fallen off. Screen door to the verandah had holes in it and the handle had fallen off. Overall though this didn’t degrade the good experience we had but hence why only 4 and not 5 stars. communication with the owner was prompt and easy. It was a bonus that we had a flexible check in and check out. Would definitely return.

Perfect beachside getaway!

The perfect spot for our down south escape! 2 mins across the road to the gorgeous beach and 15 minute walk to the town centre which is super convenient! Fresh and modern touch to cute old school holiday home! Was so perfect for what we needed.

Great getaway

The house is gorgeous. Very spacious. The beds are very comfortable. Location is excellent. One street from the beach and walking distance to town. Would love to come back and highly recommend staying here.
