「The unit was not cleaned at all. The indoor temperature was very hot, and the refrigerator was broken and emitting a foul odor. The kitchen utensils were dirty, and there were no basic amenities in the bathroom, such as towels, shower gel, or shampoo. It appears the owner lives downstairs and uses this unit regularly, simply moving out when a guest arrives. There was absolutely no professional cleaning done. I have requested a full refund.」

「The hotel is about 25km from old town. We didn’t have a car but you are able to take the local bus or a boat to get there. Bus stop is 7mins away, a grocery store is 5 minutes away but if you go down by the water there is another local grocery store.
