“We LOVED our stay at Bear Cub Cabin! The cabin was immaculately clean (and I'm picky about cleanliness) - you would never guess this cabin was pet friendly. It was cozy, decorated well, new, and bright. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds were SO comfortable, the blankets extra soft, and heat/AC could be adjusted in each room so all of our temperature preferences were met. “Would definitely recommend. The Midge is a super cute cabin. It was very clean and the fire pit was a definite plus. With the porch lights off you can see a gazillion stars. No views like that in the city. The walking trails are great and go right by the river and its always fun to ride up to the dam where it feels like you're on top of the world. “The house had everything needed. We couldn’t figure out the gas logs but it didn’t really matter to us. The weather was freezing (17 degrees feels like -10) and we had snow so the house felt warm and comfortable even with high winds throughout the night. Thankfully there’s a road above to leave the house during the winter weather so we didn’t slide down the driveway. Pet friendly is the reason we booked. Everyone in our family agreed that we would stay again. ”
