Very small room. One roll of toilet paper for 3 people for 2 days. No tissues. Smelled like cigarettes in the hall and lobby and eventually in our room. 2 towels for a booked three people. Some of this could have been addressed but should have been prepared since it was a reservation. Paper thin walls. AC worked.

We didn’t expect much for the price and based on previous ratings but we arrived to our room and the sheets, towel and bathroom sink were dirty. Housekeeping was not available so we had to make our own bed. Wouldn’t recommend staying here. Gone are the days of a cheap hotel being decent.

We were asleep and forgot to engage the safety latch. A staff member opened our door , turned on the light and demanded to know who we were and when we checked in. We also went for an early morning walk and came back to find our room key didn't work. When I went to the desk to complain the same staff member was rude and threatened to not activate the key even though all our things were in the room. Worst hotel experience ever.

We arrived and the first floor smelled of smoke. There were beds and parts in the entryway. Our tv didn’t work and the toilet didn’t flush well. The floor was gross and grimy. The shower (which we didn’t use had hair). We arrived late and left early (stayed less than 12 hours - it was so nasty). Don’t recommend.

When we checked in the guy helping us said there was a problem with our reservation and he needed to go talk to someone. Then he said, “actually would 2 full size beds be okay instead of a queen?” We had been traveling for the last six hours with a toddler. We just wanted to go to sleep so we said we’d take the room. He brought up three different times that we were lucky and he wouldn’t charge us extra for the two beds. 🙄 He apparently thought he was doing us a favor instead of us doing him a favor for taking the room he had available without any complaints. First the lobby smells terrible of cigarettes, and a family on our floor had four dogs off leash and one tried to go into our room with us. The hallways leading to the rooms are very poorly lit. It gives a creepy vibe. The rooms are cleaned very poorly. There were crumbs on the floor and hair on the beds. When we checked out the two employees at the front desk were having an argument. We will not be staying here again in the future. Hotel from my nightmares.

In need of a facelift/paint job but the quite basic room Was very clean and Ali at the front desk was super helpful in addressing the booking mistake I had made. We’d stay there again. Take earplugs!

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in! The AC didn't work, not handicap accessible, staff were very unprofessional, the room was dirty and crammed, the housekeeper was wearing an ankle monitor, they tried to put us in a room we didn't reserve or pay for and and that room hadn't even been cleaned from the prior guest. DO NOT STAY HERE!

This facility offers a minimal of services and amenities. There was no ice bucket (though there was one ice machine), no hair dryer, no mat for the bathroom, the bed caved into the middle and the tv received only four channels, two of which played replayed sports games. The room floor was gritty and in need of mopping. Also, the hall needed to be vacuumed. All of these inadequacies are within the hotel’s ability to change. Out of their control, but certainly contributing to our poor experience was the smoke detector beeping for about 10+ minutes and a very inconsiderate neighbor who spent over 90 minutes in the middle of the night trying to break into his own room!??!

Poor quality rooms , beds are stiff and terrible and smells really bad on second floor , I stayed for only three nights and forced myself on 2nd night and was suppose to be there for 4 days but it was that terrible and had get out ASAP! Even one night stay isn’t recommended! Sheets were stained , shower curtain smelled funky and stained badly and A/C unit makes ton of noise and hilt sleeping like it something broken inside it and smacking the steel door . Room was. 229 and if you get it you’ll know what I mean
