「Can someone explain to how 3-Star hotel runs out of toilet paper!!! You got to be kidding me. Who ever is in charge of managing your inventory should be fired!!! There is no reason that you can justify this happening. Staff had poor customer service. The room dispenser was out of lotion, came with only one roll of toilet paper, one set of clean towels, and only does room service every other day. Not daily. 「I was so very pleasantly impressed by this little b&b! It was very clean, and has old charm with new upgrades. The bathroom in the citrus room was SO beautiful. The beds were more firm but I do like that. It was quiet even being on a main road. Breakfast had a little bit of something for everyone. As a vegetarian, I was able to have a full breakfast! We stayed for our anniversary and wanted a nice place and I would highly recommend to others.」

「The room was clean however beds were very uncomfortable with my husband and I ended up with terrible backaches, AC doesn’t work well, no phone line in my room. The staff was very nice. They offered me another room and a fan but all of the rooms have the same beds and old AC system. We booked for 4 nights I left at after 3. No reimbursement or future credit was offered. Due to the backaches we asked for a future night stay instead. Therefore, we were very disappointed. 」
