"Girl at the front desk was friendly. We canceled our reservation for this establishment minutes after walking in. The room was slowly falling apart. The tiles in the shower were flaking apart,the tub fixtures were rusty and outdated, the texturing on the ceiling was flakey. Theres a sign posted that if you take your breakfast items to your room to eat, they will charge you. Which doesn't make sense, because where would i sit to eat if the few tables they have were filled. This place would be a " quick nights rest" type situation, not for family stays or longer stays. "

"The room was very clean the staff were very friendly there was ample parking, it was very quiet room was great for the price and the air conditioning kept the room very cool. I would stay here again."

"We hated the electronic cell phone required door lock systems. God forbid you leaving the unit without your cell phone or a weak battery. Initial entry/check-in instructions quite vague. Would never dream of staying there again."

"The property owner failed to send me the key code. We couldn't get a hold of her so we had to spend 280 to stay in a hotel for the night. Finally got a hold of her and got into the room the next day. All of the dushes in the dishwasher were dirty. No pans to cook with only a couple pots. We bought a pan and left it for others. Took 3 weeks and 3 calls to VRBO to get refunded for the one night. VRBO was great in how the handled this situation "

"Overall great stay subset and a couple budddies were in town for a men’s baseball tournament. Pool was a little dirty(leaves in pool) check in day. The next day leaves looked to be gone but pool was still kind of dirty. Inside the house was perfect for what we needed. Would definitely stay here again in the future!! "
