The room was dirty. Very dirty! The bathroom looked as if it had never been cleaned. The toilet did not work. There were no towels. Staff was not helpful. The place was very loud with dogs barking in the middle of the night. Do not recommend unless you want to get tetanus.

The second we pulled in, there were cops everywhere. The room appeared clean until we went into the restroom. The shower floor was soft and almost squishy. It was extremely dirty.

We have stayed before without an issue. This time the floors were disgusting even after then cleaned the room. Room outdated and unclean. Literally wrote in the wall in sharpie to show how to open the bathtub water handles. Definitely will not be staying again.

Nice staff/ front desk. Old everything: plumbing fixtures, tub, entire shower tiles are discolored & cracked/ chipped off. Cleaning staff do not speak a word of English (don't know common or daily words like towel, soap, bed, bedsheets, etc.). We've noticed only 1 maintenance worker for approx. over 200 units. Continuous yellowish water in the toilet and face basin/ lavatory. 2 staff told us the water is from the City. Constant bad sewer smell in the bathroom area, maybe from the water. Got infected possibly from the water. We used bottled drinking water to wash up and rinse and for feminine hygiene. Breakfast was ok.

We booked because of free breakfast and pool, but close to baseball games. The pool was closed, breakfast was VERY limited. Our room was dirty when we arrived, our feet left black stuff in the shower. The towels were like paper towels and you never knew how many you were getting. Ice was not available on our floor, we had to search for it and the bucket leaked. No cups of any kind in the room. The shower was interesting, you had to hold the faucet to get 5he shower to come on, I was afraid I’d pull it out of the wall. And the shower was very small. We booked a king size bed but ended up with 2 doubles. Needless to say, it was not a good experience
