Family Christmas

Great house!!! We had to get maintenance over twice. Once to fix TV and the pool alarm was shorting out but overall we had a fabulous time. Great location.

beautiful views!!

everything was as listed! clean, beautiful views! loved staying in the floribama shore beach house! my grandbaby enjoyed the pool every day! my only suggestion would be to have coffee filters and basic condiments like salt and pepper.

2021 Family Vacation

The property is very nice and accommodating to all ages! The pool is small, but the kids still had a great time! It is so convenient to be right on the beach!

Wonderful home

We completely enjoyed our time at Burnt Bottom. It was clean and comfortable. Having so many bathrooms was an added bonus. We enjoyed the short boardwalk to the beach and the plunge pool!

Beautiful home on spectacular beach!!!

Holiday beach rentals handled everything for us. The home was more beautiful in person than the photos indicated. Everything was perfect!!!!

Perfect Beach House, but Awful Management

Our stay at this beach house was absolutely incredible—everything about the property itself is perfect. The house is spacious, beautifully maintained, and stocked with fantastic amenities. The rooms are comfortable, the kitchen is well-equipped, and the beachfront location is breathtaking. It truly felt like a dream vacation spot.However, the check-in experience was horrible due to the incredibly rude and unprofessional manager (a blonde woman). Even though the check-in is supposed to be contactless (as per an email you get a few days before your stay) she was at the property. Before we could even step inside, she was already threatening to evict us, completely unprovoked. She was yelling at some of the girls in our group and being aggressively confrontational for no reason. Even when we checked in, she just moved her car to the next driveway and WATCHED us. It was an awful way to start our trip.Later in the stay, when a repair guy came to turn on the pool heating, even he apologized for her behavior, making it clear that this wasn’t a one-time issue. It’s disappointing that such a stunning property is managed by someone so unpleasant.If you can overlook the terrible management, this house is absolutely worth it. But be prepared for some unnecessary drama at check-in!

Great house and location

13 of us (Grandparents - tweens) thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Plenty of room when all of us wanted to be together, and plenty of room when we didn't! The house layout is great, and the kitchen was well stocked for the amount of cooking we did. Hosts were great to work with and very responsive before/during our stay. The pool is VERY small, and when heated is more like a big hot tub, but still enjoyed. We would definitely return for another stay, and highly recommend.

60th trip

6 ladies all turned 60 this year and took a trip to panama. The accomodations and the in/out process was awesome. We each had our own bathrooms and the steps to the beach was nice. We really enjoyed the pool. I would reccommend this propoerty again.

Perfect for groups

I stayed here in April with 11 other ladies. We have known each other since high school. This home is perfect for large groups due to the open kitchen, seating area, and family room. The location is excellent. The view and beach access are amazing. The Home Away staff couldn't have been more helpful or accommodating. We will be back!

Perfection

PERFECT!!!

Our family came to the beach to celebrate birthdays! There were 12 of us ranging in age from 3 to 84. More than enough room in this spacious, beautifully decorated home for all. We had a blast with the children playing on the beach which was only steps away. Fantastic view! All you need is right there!!!

Wonderful stay to get away from it all

My family and friends were just delighted with this property. The location is smack in the middle of Panama City, but away from the hustle on the beach, so we had plenty of privacy. The house is famous, so that was kind of cool. We had a few people stop and just take pictures of it. All the amenties were amazing and so useful. We were able to cook and eat comfortably with all their kitchen equipment. Loved it and will probably go back if we ever get a chance. Highly recommended for families.

Absolutely perfect for our large group Christmas get away!

The house was perfect for a large group of adults. 5 of the rooms had in suite baths, plus two separate baths. All bedrooms had their own televisions (so we could all indulge in our own political coverage addictions), as well as public area screens for group movies. Upstairs and downstairs washer and dryer. Pool heater was broken while we were there, but with the location, feel, and proximity to sand, we barely missed it.

Ladies annual trip

Clean and comfortable. Quick response to fix broken alarm on door to pool . There was an incident with a poorly constructed cover over the pool pipes that we hope is not an issue for others, as our friend did get hurt. Right on beach and short walk to beach bar. Not a great view of beach from patio because of sand dunes but would stay here again. The 2 queen mattresses upstairs were uncomfortable. Other mattresses very comfortable

Beautiful House few issues

House location and beach is perfectly amazing! Just know the pool door alarm for this home has to be pressed every time you open the door and is so annoying!!!!! Pool is much smaller than we thought it was but still nice! Beach access is amazing and the house itself is awesome!!! Wasn’t the cleanest when we arrived but ok. Outdoor shower was broken and there’s a HUGE wasp nest in it. The owners or whoever runs it was very helpful and we had most everything we needed. Overall is was a perfect vacation.

Burnt Bottom Property

We really enjoyed our stay at Burnt Bottom. Everything about the house was perfect for our group. The kitchen was spacious and it had everything we needed. There was plenty of space for everyone in the bedrooms and in the 2 different living areas. There are window treatments in the upstairs room and bathroom that faces the ocean. The grill was replaced for a charcoal grill, way much modern and easier to cook out. The outside space on the deck and the pool were great. Our private walkway to the beach and the outdoor shower were such an added bonus! Holiday Vacation Rentals were great to work with and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. I would definately recommend this house.

Extraordinary Beach House

I can not say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay at Burnt Bottom. Everything about the house was perfect for our group. The kitchen was so spacious and was well equipped with plenty of silverware and everything else that we needed. There was plenty of space for everyone in the bedrooms and in the 2 different living areas. The outside space on the deck and the pool were great as well. Before our stay, I had concerns about the pool being too small for the number of people in our group, but it worked out great. Our private walkway to the beach and the outdoor shower were such an added bonus! Also Tyler and Jenn were great to work with and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. I would recommend this rental-would give it 10 stars if I could!
