Edgewater Beach Resort, Ocean Front, 2 BR, 2 Bath

Our two bedroom, two full baths (master bath has walk in shower), deluxe condo is located in Tower 3 directly on the ocean with floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room and dining room for a spectacular panoramic view of the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The living room has floor-to-ceiling windows facing the ocean with a large LCD flat screen smart TV. The dining room, also with floor-to-ceiling windows facing the ocean, seats six with a breakfast bar that seats an additional three. The master bedroom has a king size bed, 32'' flat screen TV with cable and private bath with large walk-in shower. Beach chairs in master bedroom closet. Guest bedroom has two full-size beds, 32" flat screen TV with cable, and access to the second full bath. Kitchen has been completely renovated and is fully-equipped with everything you will need to prepare a gourmet meal or a simple snack, or you can dine at Oceans Restaurant or pizza shop or many restaurants in close proximity. You can pick up a cup of Starbucks coffee at Edgie's (under Tower 1), which also serves ice cream, Krispy Cream donuts and Danish. Also has items you might have forgotten to pack. On site rentals for parasailing, jet skis, banana boat rides, beach chairs & umbrellas. Condo has full size washer and dryer. All linens are provided, EXCEPT BEACH TOWELS.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Free wifi available at no cost to our guests. Keyless entry (number code). Edgewater is a gated resort with 24/7 security. MUST BE 25 years old or older to rent and MUST be staying at the condo the entire term of rental. Identification will be checked by the guard upon entry to the resort to verify age. If you are not 25 or older, your rental fee will be forfeited. NO SMOKING is allowed in the condo. Please respect this and smoke only outside on the balcony. Love the floor to ceiling windows in the living room and dining room for a spectacular view of the gulf of Mexico. The Kitchen has all the pot and pan(all clean) needed to cook and other spices etc. Love the Security . Love the balcony to look out and large enough for all to enjoy The only things I did not like was no toilet paper. I think there was 2 pieces on each toilet paper in each bedroom and no spare. I did leave toilet paper for the next person . Also by the pictures on the ad shows the master bedroom had a window to look out to the ocean. The master bedroom window face the outside toward the road and had a spotlight that beam into the master room that keep me awake. I suggest a blacken curtain to block out the light.Also if you could let people know that the outlets must have the light flip on to work. The owner was very nice and assisted when we had issues .

My family comes to PCB at least twice a year and we have stayed in some condos that claim to be clean; I always end up cleaning and rewashing all linens. It was WONDERFUL TO ARRIVE TO A CLEAN CONDO!! Very clean and comfortable! Booking was easy, clear and concise directions for arrival and departure, and the owner is very professional and replies quickly. Look no further…. You found the best condo! Also, parking is a dream at Edge Water and since there are multiple towers there are no elevator wait lines. Easy walk straight to the beach, 24/7 security and surveillance which kept out the riff raff. All staff was friendly and helpful. We won’t stay anywhere else!

winter get away
Brought daughter and grandson to condo first time seeing the gulf. Beautiful weather swam with with the dolphins and took a boat out in search of dolphins. Was an awesome trip, they were so happy and amazed. Will be back.

Amazing!
This condo was amazing! Everything that was listed in her description was exactly on point. The location was perfect. The view from the balcony was indescribable! Very clean, roomy, and comfortable! The communication with the owner Carol was great too and she even let us add an extra day last minute which was amazing of her! She has everything at the condo that you could need and didnt even know you needed. When we come back to PCB we will definitely be staying here again!
