"It is behind SM so it's very convenient. You just walk 2 minutes to SM. This is a basic hotel. They have fridge downstairs drinks beer and simple breakfast. Silog meals."
"There's a new 7-11 just across the road from the hotel. But if your transaction are by the main road. The road to JC Aquino is almost inaccessible on foot as it muddy and lots of puddles. Difficult to walk around so you need taxi or tuktuk all the time."
"I love everything about the Oazis hotel. The rooms are always clean, the pool is super nice, the food, the landscaping, and easy to get a taxi . Whenever I'm in Butuan City, I always stay here."
